One to One Childbirth Education offers an intimate and personalised approach for families preparing for childbirth.
Held over as many sessions as required for each family to feel confident and supported on their journey in pregnancy and birth.
Perfect for new expecting parents wanting education and extra support stepping through the unknowns in pregnancy and birth. Also wonderful for those who have birthed before and are looking for support and information in creating a new experience this time around.
This Childbirth Education option is tailored specifically to you and your needs in exploring and understanding childbirth, connecting to your baby in pregnancy, exploring equality and the roles of each partner as well as support in establishing a birth plan for you and your family.
Estelle offers combined knowledge and wisdom to childbirth from 15 years experience working in birth, maternal, infant & family health as well as with a deeper understanding of human development through the perspective of Spiritual Counselling.
Sessions can be held in person in your home with an additional travel fee, over zoom or in the Rejuvenate Healing room at Coastal Balance Studio in Torquay.

Pregnancy marks a beginning in a period of change in a persons life where there are great opportunities for growth and more love. It is a time of vulnerability where learning deepens.
Spiritual Counselling helps a person to discover more of themselves, understand their life and what they need to do differently in order to bring more love and happiness into their life.
Many people embark upon new parenthood with very little understanding of themselves and their own values. Many new parents along the way begin to feel lost and unsure of themselves. Holding onto negativity, hurts and beliefs from their family of origin and other influences in life that impact upon the way they connect with and grow alongside their child.
Spiritual Counselling can help a parent to unravel the wounds of childhood in order to step forward into parenting more aligned to whats important to them and who they are. With this brings a feeling of security within and a greater calm in parenting.
